Deep salmon colour with aromas of dried strawberries, ligonberries, peaches, hibiscus and some yeast. Vivacious bubbles, light airy body with refreshing acidity. On the palate, more strawberries, cranberries, nectarine with some orange peel, minerality and a touch of candied apple on the short-medium finish. Nice to see a good rosé charmat sparkling from the Island!
