Delicious with our steak dinner! Probably one of the best pairings we've had! Had steak with homemade herb truffle butter mushrooms and onions, mashed sweet potatoes, roasted Parmesan asparagus with a sweet spinach salad mmmmmm!

Tannic, lively freshly cracked black pepper dominance. A certain salinity does also exist in this wine. I am not sure I'm entirely pleased...at all.
