Dark Ruby with fresh ripe berry fruit flavors with floral spice notes. On the palate, bold cherry and raspberry flavors with herb and citrus notes. Fine tannins on long finish ending with fruit and slight earthy character. Drink now while it’s fresh, will benefit from short-term aging.

Light elegant Pinot Noir. Needs time to open up. It has a bit of that nuttiness as common with willamette pinot, but less prominent than many of its earthy brethren. It’s quite smooth and a low tannin profile. Notes of cherry, vanilla and light nutmeg / earthy ness. Didn’t like it at first, but upon opening up I’d say very smooth pimot that reminds me of burgundy pinots
