Crazy green on the back end at open. Chilled out a bit. Showing some slight reduction on the finish but 24 hours later it’s pretty integrated.

Pinot noir léger avec belle robe, mais en final le côté du pinot que j’aime moins. Pas mauvais, mais pas pour moi.

Actually, Casablanca/Maipo Valley 50-50. Very light-bodied PN, but nice dinner wine with pan-seared salmon.

A very interesting aroma. A little woodsy smell to it, similar to bark. Quite tart, with a nice initial taste but not fruity. Not a lot of depth, pairs nicely with umami.

More body and depth than most pinot noir. Rich cherry notes with well-balanced minerality and some herbal hints. A delicate, smooth oak finish. Tasted like a 5 year old wine, not 2 years.

Second time I'm having this wine in 2 months. First time I found a lot of wood. 2018 is zero wood. Super fruity (strawberries and raspberry). Less alcohol and some spices in the back of the tongue. Very alcoholic in the smell. Pretty good.

Man... I only see the wood in this wine. Smell a lot of wood. Taste a lot of wood. There is berries somewhere, but I can't... like... separate from the entire wine body. Anyways, it's a very tailored wine; you can definitely see that is a wine that people spent time doing it. A little bit of alcohol and... Jesus... Wood again!
