Best showing for this bottle yet as these continue to settle down and balance out. Crisp and clean with apple and pear notes, really bright young fruit, but light and with some cut. These will continue to improve for several more years.

Blanc de Noir. This is the best UtW wine i’ve had so far. Continued to improve with hours of air. Great complexity, fruit restrained but present enough. Presents a tiny bit of funk that should continue to get more interesting in the next couple years.

This is the 2013 BdN and it's my favorite Under the Wire wine made so far. A lot of richness and power in this wine. Needs a solid decant. Pop it a few hours early, put a topper on it, and throw in the fridge until serving time.

Green apples, ginger, lemon peel, floral notes, oyster shells, nutmeg, and cloves. Small fine beading, green apples, pears, lemon, fresh acidity, crushed oyster shell, and steely minerality.

Interesting sparkler that has a tart side. Made great mimosa's.
