Alder Springs is a truly unique vineyard and this is a killer sparkling wine. It really needs a few years in the bottle, but I already drank all the bottles I ordered. Whoops.

@Chris Cottrell thanks for sending me this fine bottle. Excellent example of the what can be produce from the Alder Vineyard. Love the delicate bubbles, so light. I get a sweet red berry, smoke and a creamy texture. Hints of clove and fruitcake make this finish one to remember. Wonderful.
