What a wonderful wine to drink with the work girls to celebrate! Today is my last day at work before the wedding and we decided to go to Brandos - a pizzeria & cafe in Vic Park for a bite to eat and seeing as its BYO I brought along the prosecco in the next #thetcwineclub box!

It was great to introduce the girls to such a tasty prosecco, it's not just a pretty label! And to explain to them a bit more about prosecco. For instance that it's made from the Glera grape, it's produced via the tank method (google it) which makes it not so costly to make = cheaper for us AND it supposedly has a few less calories in (approx 121 vs 128).

This one is a gem on the eye! Shiny, yellow and bubbling with vivaciousness! Vibrant on the nose with scents of freshly cut apples and mellow lemon with a hint of peas in the pod. The palate is gloriously smooth and refreshing. It was wonderful with our seafood pizza however I think a bucket full of freshly shucked oysters and/or scallops would be a match made in heaven 😍

To order my 3-bottle monthly tasting box and to find out more check out today's blog post -> travellingcorkscrew.com.au/tc-wine-club-monthly-tasting-box-2

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #tcweekdaywine #mediasample

I don't have a lot of experience with sparkling wine but enough to know that this isn't that great.
