Accidentally opened this bottle 3/3 sadly. Thought I was pulling the Heintz. This actually was much more closed and didn’t open over 3 hours than the last two a year ago which were magnificent. Oh well

Still will certainly improve a lot but starting to drink well now. This is probably the most “classic” Chardonnay ultramarine I’ve had, not quite the power of the heintz but incredible cut. Profile is very very similar to Ceritas porter bass chardonnay
