2011 Blanc de Blancs is drinking very well out of the gate, although I'm thinking more age will integrate the French oak even more. #happynewyear

Incredibly tart and acidic. I'm thinking these bottles may need some time to mellow. After 3 hours open on the table it started to round out a bit.
