"Odedi"

Dark ruby in color with medium intensity and a light red rim.

Fruity and earthy on the nose, with blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, forest floor, tar, licorice, oak, cloves and white pepper.

Medium bodied with medium acidity.

Dry and Peppery on the palate, with cherries, blueberries, strawberries, earth, chocolate, spices, oak, licorice, wet Stones and black pepper.

Medium plus on the finish, with full, yet soft tannins and black pepper.

This 4 year old Israeli Merlot, is drinking nicely now, probably at its peak. Nice to sip by itself or with food.

Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.

14% alcohol by volume.
