Not quite up there with the McWilliams Mount Pleasant gold medal Semillon but very good all the same. This is atypical Semillon with lime, green apples and pears, perhaps a little lees toast flavour, rubber, hay obviously. Great acidity, but could age for at least 5 years before I go for this again - adding in some honeyed notes would be great!
