At first it resembled a white Burgundy, a Chateaunnef-du-Pape blanc or a Gruner Smaragd from the Wachau
So toasty it was hard to tell that it was only a 12yo Semillon and I dare anyone to guess this wine didn't touch oak

It went down too quickly, maybe we were too many
