Part of Tyrrell's single vineyard Semillon series, this HVD is sourced from the 'Sign Post' block which was planted in 1908! Planted on free draining sandy soils over coarse river sand.
Thank you Tyrrell's for this sample bottle. 2017 was a near perfect vintage in the Hunter!
Crisp pake yellow. Light, delicate and elegant on the nose and on the palate. Think Packham pear, lemon zest and florals. In the mouth it has a wonderful texture that coats the mouth with flavours of orchard fruits. Divine!
