2011 Hunter Valley Semillon. Lemongrassy, lemon pithy, and vegetal. Palate is waxy and acidic. This isn't our favorite white but it was interesting to try.

Citrus, herbs, grass, and earth all entice today, but they're really just evidence that the stuffing in this will turn into honey-buttered-toast in 10 years. Who wants to hold onto the case for me?
