Rich golden in colour with enticing aromas of honey and toast. An initial sweetness on the palate is quickly accompanied by complex lemon sherbet flavours, beeswax and a lingering minerality. Beautifully balanced, a very elegantly aged semillon. Delicious.

Quite surprised - absolutely amazing. Nice balance of citrus and honeydew, minerality, light spritz on the palate, hints of peat and vanillin.
