(pronounced chock-oh-LEE-nah). Light straw with aromas of citrus and floral notes. On the palate sour green apples and lemon citrus, floral nutty spice with lively acidity. Medium(-) finish with mineral tones, not as good as some others I tasted. Txakolina is worth trying, good ones are great!

Ate with hamachi crudo. Lightly effervescent. Went well with subtlety of the tuna

Rachel's first txakoli when in Spain. Found it today and enjoying during an amazing end of a warm day in Sausalito

Bright straw yellow, full of white flesh fruit aromas. Palate shows stone fruit flavors of peaches, apples & pears, very crisp. The wine shows good acidity, touch of spice and a gentle off-dry sweetness. Very nice!
