Pinot gris is the best grape for skin contact. Very aromatic. This vintage from the producer is very dark. Dark rose in color. Believe it’s due to drought and much lower yields.

Review for the Skin fermented Pinot Gris: lovely salmon color. Herbal nose with fresh cut flowers. Almonds, peach - so interesting! Goes great with March Madness!
