This is another terrific wine from William Allen. Slightly honeyed nose with a chalky note that comes through on the palate as well. Add apricot, quince, and wildflowers and you have a delicious wine. I paired this with some Maryland Rockfish and the match was a hit.

2/26/16 update: beautiful silky mouthfeel; salty, juicy, lemon, orange zest, sage, & almond finish. Earlier review 35 weeks ago: Brilliant tonight with citrus marinated rotisserie pork and roasted vegetables. Soft, great minerality, balanced.
