An unoaked riesling from down under and my last bottle from Two Hands. It shows nice chalky touches on the nose, some nice lemon juice, some white flowers, a tiny petroly touch too. The palate is laser-beam focused with a monster of an acid drive, a very vivid, almost electric, mouthfeel, lemon juice, a bit of grip in the rear before a lemon forward, a bit zesty, bitter finish that goes on for ever. Not for the faint of heart, strictly for the hardcore drier-than-dry riesling heads.

리슬링하면 독일이 딱 떠오르지만 그거 생각하지 않고 호주리슬링의 새로운 와인이다라고
생각하니 한결 더 맛있어지는군요… ㅋㅋ
산도도 맑게 느껴지고 가성비 좋은 와인이였습니다.
