Deep red colour with a lovely dark fruit aroma this was an enjoyable Australian Shiraz. A good body that opened up immediately on opening and better after an hour. Smooth with a jammy black fruity plum, blackberry taste, some very slight pepper and a pinch of liquorice.

Big black fruits on the nose with pepper. Jammy explosion on the palate. Medium dryness, medium acidity, low to med tannins.
