2006. I don’t reach for Australian wines very often (explains why it lasted so long in the cellar), but we’re having New Zealand leg o’ lamb and it sounded like a good pairing. The wine shows no signs of age other than the big fruit and sweet vanilla oak have melded together into a delicious drink.
