Second time trying the 2002. Seems a lot older than last time. Garnet red with moderate intensity. Interesting start on the nose with mint mixed in with some darker berries. Perfumey and some woody notes. Moderate tannins (6/10) with some minerality, red berries and some woody notes. Medium bodied and long finish. Drink now.

Oct 11th, 2016Showed better than the 2002. Crimson red. Some pruney notes with burnt wood and baking spices. Moderate tannins (6.5/10) and some stewed berries. Medium bodied and long finish. Great texture with some furriness. Not overly fruity, definitely reserved. Drink till 2017.
