This is a wonderful Cab! After 8 years this wine still holds an amazing structure! There is dark blackberry and blueberry , deep herbal aroma, and a slight caramel from the oak (I think). It's a rich palate where the blackberry fruit becomes more concentrated. The finish is powerful and sophisticated, a wonderful wine to open now, but I am glad I have another one to open in a few years! Cheers ya'll!
