Thick. Dark red. Juicy. Love. Heavy. This wine is heavy it's my brother. I taste sugar plum, blueberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of black pepper. Nose less pronounced but some prune. But color? Think night.

Rich. Deep. Full. Inky. Blackberries. This has time. Opened 4 hours prior to first sip. Wish I decanter actually. Love it. Thank you Joe.

Inky, black, deep purple. The nose shows black currant, blackberry, oak, leather. The palate is a controlled detonation of intense cassis, blackberry, black plum skin, cigar tobacco, tar, garden soil, and hints of smoke. Lively acidity carries the mineral rich finish, framed out on broad and muscular tannins. There is a lot left in the tank; this will continue to develop. One of the best examples of this singular varietal I've seen.
