2015 Reserve Chardonnay by a new winery called Tumwater. This chard probably hit a light French oak barrel and finished in stainless steel. Has a nice creamy nose with hints of orange zest with an unrepentant pineapple. There is a nice acidity right at the beginning. The finish is soft and a tiny bit tropical. This is going to pair well with our Salmon dinner!

Yea!!! Finally a chard without the overbearing oak buttery "flavored beverage" mouthfeel!!! You will like this. High acid, crisp fruity tones with a beautiful nose. go out and find this.
