Wholesome, soulful, delicious. Bill Cadman just wants to make good wine and share a laugh, which translates into these bottles. Ripe, but not overripe, cherry fruit, clafoutis, sweet spices, earth, sage. Soft and balanced acid, charming and a touch rustic, just fun to drink and open for business.

Best Cali PN I've had (not my usual choice). Less acid perhaps than a Burg, but still had beautiful fruit and a wonderful, rich mouthfeel.

WOW. Changed my mind about Napa Pinot's. Bill Cadman helped. Forever grateful for his hospitality, candidness, and knowledge. Exceptional cherry and French oak. Genuine, blanketing mouthfeel with a bright sophistication. Just wonderful.
