Medium lemon colour . Lime cordial with herbal notes , then touches of beeswax , wet wool and a light toasty honied note . On the palate quite light bodied with high acidity and lime , lemon rind and grapefruit , waxy and toasty notes on the finish . Reasonable length and ok balance , not overly intense or super complex but still very well made and successful. Drinking well now but will probably last well for a further decade
