This wine is a beautiful dark purple on the pour. Flavors of cherry, red licorice, blueberry and some oak. The wine has wonderful, thick body and a sophisticated finish. Thanks to cousins Ron and Chris for bringing this to our annual retreat to Solana Beach. It was the perfect accompaniment to the prime ribeyes we paired it with.
