Faint nose reminiscent of mild fresh cut herbs and lemon.. medium bodied .Almond notes with grapefruit that extends thru the finish with a more pronounced lemon citrus.. Very enjoyable . Served with baked red snapper with herbed butter and sunflower sprouts.

Trizanne Signature Wine - 2014 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon - Interesting new wine coming out of South Africa maybe a little too much acidity coming through which questions the balance. It's easy drinking but not a serious wine. Interesting to see its aging potential and if it balances out.

Very pale apple green colour with a blackcurrant leaf and almond bouquet. Again that blackcurrant on the palate which is surprising (think very dilute Ribena) with some peach, a hint of smoke and finely balanced acidity giving a certain restrained elegance with the flavours being towards the back of the mouth. Certainly different.
