Blackberries, hints of coffee grounds and grippy tannins. Not a lot of complexity but definitely a nice uncomplicated Cabernet. Paired with collar greens, pulled pork, and black eyed peas. [12/31/16]

Full bodied, smooth and soft tannins, with hints of black cherries. Nice chocolate accompaniment adds to the enjoyment. But doesn't it always?
