This is a pleasant surprise. For Cdn$25, (or US$20), this wine over delivers. Gorgeous bouquet of mature red fruits with pronounced oak. Complex and intense fruit flavours, mixed with lovely acidity and tannins, and followed by a long persistent aftertaste. Cellar it for a couple years, it will be even better. An excellent value for the money.
