Parker style wine. Sweet oak, vanilla, currant, and cassis on the nose and palate. Med-heavy tannins on the finish linger for a goo 40 seconds. Easy drinking wine, just not my style. Drink over the next 5-8 years.

Unbelievable nose to it. It’s sweet, honey, field of strawberries. On first sip, tobacco, chocolate, red velvet, cherry, raspberry. It’s complex but balanced. Kick of spice on the end. Tannins are balanced. Could of maybe been aged longer. But that’s on me.

Aug 15th, 2022Has a roasted red color to it. The nose is velvety, nutty, and tart. On first sip, I get deep red fruit flavors with some smoke and pepper. Some mulling spices almost. I'm getting black currant, cherry, hint of honey. Has like a cedar taste on the back of it it. It's complex but smooth. Very little tannins.
