Trinchero Napa Valley
Central Park West Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
This is a new sku as of January for Trinchero based on the Central Park West vineyard.
Blackberry, sour plum. I wanted more character. There will be character development with age.

Rhonda's rating as she took this to her tennis tourney - this was last night - she really liked and if she likes it then count on it - she definitely was smiling - not so much for me as I am jealous for nit even getting a glass π

Jun 7th, 2016This is Cabernet Sauvignon? Really? A red fruit nose with hints of cotton candy, soft red plum fruit. I'm not sure I would guess if this is Cab if tasting blind.

Apr 3rd, 2014PnPβd. Purple color. Had trouble differentiating between Napa, Aussie Shiraz, and Bordeaux. Very similar to Chateau Dassault, which I love. Age did wonders for this wine. Great combination of dark cherries, oak, and tar. Powerful but not terribly deep. Medium minus finish.
