i thank the new world for bold experiments.
buttery Chardonnay with lively zesty pinot grigio with added freshly cut grass.

13% abv

medium plus body.
medium acidity.

lively buttery cirusy juice.

first bottle was quaffed in minutes by the guests. second one was slower but went well.

great vfm (75 nis)

next up in the Chardonnay varaiety is petit Chablis, I'm curious.

One of the better Pinot Grigios I’ve had probably because it is blended with Chardonnay. Citrus and peach as well as a little buttery.

A hint of something like grapefruit, possibly a little too well chilled to smell much else, but tastes like a fruit salad, peach and lime and grapefruit, zesty with some buttery smoothness behind it. I'm not a fan of the whites but this is nice
