At Le Schlossberg, Zellenberg with baeckeoffe. Expensive at 46€ but a very nice accompaniment to the main course. Great discussion with proprietress about how pitiful the US is today in its lack of leadership.

Incredibly precise: excellent acidity, with lime and white flowers, minerality, and not too much density on the palate. Had it with an asparagus and ricotta quiche and it was pretty much perfect.
