If you like the saffron sweeteness of a good Gewurz, you will be happy with Trimbach's 2010 non reserve effort. There is a bit of cinnamon toward the finish. Ideal for spicey food.

Round smooth good mineral taste. Like Gewurz. We paired it with a mexican spicy braised chicken stew.
