Selección de Barrica Red Blend

This Tempranillo has bright cherry and mocha flavors, full bodied for the varietal, with a lingering mineral finish. A versatile food wine, it stood up bravely to Tuscan kale, mushroom soup, garlic noodles, chicken burrito, and steak strips.

At room temp, it paired well with Filipino food. Not good chilled.

Very good Spanish wine. Smooth finish. Medium tannins.
