This wine is a real surprise - a producer seldom encountered in the US, Tribaut Schloesser has produced a real stunner in this wine. Beautiful mousse, bright fresh apple, citrus and light brioche aromas, and a zippy acidity in the palate to balance some apricot and raspberry notes on the palate.
