Since I’ve started posting my tasting notes via the Vivino app, this is my 75th Aussie Shiraz note 🍷🍷

I received this #sample of the Trentham 2015 Reserve Shiraz recently. The grapes are sourced from the Heathcote region here in VIC. It retails for $28 and won silver at the 2018 Decanter World Wine Awards.

In the glass it’s purple red shade. Notes of juicy mulberry, pepper spice and vanilla infused sweet oak come through on the nose. While in the mouth there’s plentiful plummy fruits and decadent chocolate notes. Delicious!
