Favorite Local Riesling

Probably a bit biased but this wine is always in style. Crisp citrus acids and beautiful floral nose. Such a great all star.

Sweet stone fruit, Asian pear, and holy minerality, a prominent limestone/chalk component. Acidity rings through, really elongates the citrusy/mineral finish. I'll take this with some scallops, please.

Crisp with notes of green apple and minerals. Slight secondary citrus notes. Was fantastic when paired with Thai curry.

2014. Tough pairing a wine with Aerosmith approved vindaloo, but this did the trick. Green apple and sandy earth.
