Full and bold to the nose. Actually lighter than expected. The whole presentation, from the heavy bottle to the limites edition grapes. Very balanced, with a slight tabacco note in the middle there. Light finish. Delicious but Overpriced at $175 retail price.

Great sell, sold the bottle for $500, my guest paired it with foi Gra & A5 Japanese Wagyu.
Aromas of ripe blackberries and bay leaf emerge with notes of mocha, spice and vanilla. On the palate, layers of cherry, plum and dark chocolate entwine with notes of cinnamon and spice in a long finish. Built for the long haul, the wine rewards decanting and a little time to open up.

Great bottle, had been open for "several hours" when I had a chance to taste it. Big fruit, big tannin still.
