Funny that this was the labeled trattoria's house red in Milan. As a surprise I love dolcettos. Was a touch bolder than what I am used to, but nice non the less. Burnt cherry and anise spices. Smooth tannins. Paired with squid ink tagliatelle and grilled prawns. Fabo
