Smoke, tobacco & black currant nose. This is drinking very well. Lots of richness, ripeness & depth, but no excess weight. Dark, brooding fruit & a good structural balance. Doesn't disappoint .

Bright, juicy, lively still with fresh high toned fruit buttressed with some firm, leathery tannins and earth character.

Solid cab, holding up well with plenty of life still ahead. Nicely balanced while wearing its generous oak well. Only lacking a bit of density to take it to the next level.

This is in my top 3 GSMs. Dark berries, white pepper, and gamey aromatics. Palette is big on the Syrah and Mourvèdre, currants, hint of all spice and black olives with pleasantly sharp acid initially that gives way to lingering tannic grip, and miles of yum...

Good. Decent bite at the beginning & quite peppery, especially the aftertaste but pleasant & got more & more smooth as it sat.
