Charles Shaw Blend California Shiraz

Trader joes had it for only $3, it was much better than I expected

My Father-in-Law brought four bottles of this to enjoy. Kind of a buttery finish. Had it with pork chops last night and it paired nicely.

Semi Dry with fruity notes. Good for price.

A little heavy in tannins but nice

A great table wine. Perfect for most food types with good dryness yet enough fruitiness to keep it interesting.

This is cheap wine - but maybe the best cheap wine I've tasted so far! Tastes like grape juice that wants to be wine. Not bad, not wine, but not bad.

Less offensive to me than the Charles shaw Merlot but only because it's less 'flavorful'/more watery and because there are fewer harsh alcohol fumes. Not a classic Syrah by any means. Drinkable if you don't like real wine. Bottom line not good and wouldn't buy again.
