Berries and earth come to mind here.... Was paired with a Birchrun Pork crepinette. The wine picked up the butter toasting of the accompanying spaetzle . The roasted apples and mushrooms were important flavors to consider when choosing this pairing. Works well.

This was a nice Côte Du Rhone - not too dry, nice fruit. I will order again when I visit Barawine again.
