Without a doubt the most elegant of Toulouse's single-vineyard Pinot Noir. Bright acidity and a deep minerality that hugs the roof of my mouth. Love the mouthfeel on this.

The big winner. Great acidity, great minerality. Doesn't drink like a new world Pinot.

This was the best that Toulouse ever made, and I had hoarded it. Opened one of my last two bottles and I’m sorry to report that’s it’s well past prime. Thin and having lost some of the mineral edge that made it special. Still sipped on might one, but it’s the end of the era.
