A Barossa GSM. Took a while to balance out, but with some air the wine showed its elegance. I also learned that Mataro is the Spanish/Aussie name for mouvedre. ๐Ÿ˜Ž ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ Bright Grenache in the foreground with a peppery undertone. Smooth and silky. Mellow tannins.

8/2024. Nice medium bodied Grenache blend. Good flavor and nice on the palate. Paired well with the blackened sea bass at Hallโ€™s Chophouse.
