Screwcap inox no oak. Reduction then opened up, spicy monastrell notes
In mouth the mataro is very present as far as flavor characteristics go. Medium plus body, long finish, excellent. I'd be interested to see how it ages and how long it will be good for? It was already a 2009 and still seemed youthful once it opened up. With the screw cap it seems like it could age at least 10 years more
