Debating which TOR to drink tonight and this one was perfect. Very approachable Cab that was definitely ready to drink now. Hints of cherry and smoke with a peppery finish. Too bad this is the only one of this vintage and block in the “cellar”.

Great Can. Fully body. Much better with food than without. Good balance of fruit. Not too dry.

Not the hillsides. All ripe red fruit and currants with some baking spice, creaminess and new toasty oak. Not destined for the long haul, but a real crowd pleaser (for two) now.
