If blueberry cigars were a real thing, that’s what this wine would smell like. The palate offers stewed blueberries, vanilla, gravel, decent tannins and acidity - very balanced and elegant and very food-friendly.

May 6th, 2018Inspired by @TheSkip. All I can say is wow! This was the most amazing ruby color in the glass. I was hit with strong red currant on the entry followed by plum flavors and hints of spice. The tannins are smooth and there is a nice acidity to balance it all out. This is so vibrant it's amazing that's it's 10 years old as it's drinking like a baby. I can't say enough great things about @Tor Kenward 's wines - I have yet to be even remotely let down by one - they're all outstanding and have gotten better year after year.

Feb 18th, 2013I saw Tor posted this wine a couple days ago and turns out his 9.4 was too modest. This is a great combination of a spice box with deep red fruit. A 20 second finish that is fantastic. With Lawry’s take out it’s a great start to a quarantine weekend. Thanks Tor!
